NEOHREX includes 20 eastern counties running from northeast Ohio south to below a line east from Columbus. The 10,000-plus real estate brokers & agents that participate in NEOHREX also have the ability to place listings in NEOHREX that may be in Ohio counties outside the primary 20 eastern counties. MAP SEARCH – Drag the map, if required, and double-click on the community you wish to search. Use the zoom bar at left to control search area size. The more you zoom in, the more listing 'houses' appear. Mouse-over any of the listing 'houses' to see a brief description of that home. Click on the mouse-over description to see photos and a more detailed description.
COUNTY/CITY – Works like it sounds. Add more search parameters to narrow your search.
ADDRESS/ZIP – Handy if you know either.
SCHOOL DISTRICT – School District is a mandatory listing entry in NEOHREX.
SUBDIVISION – An optional listing entry in NEOHREX and 100% dependent upon the listing agent entering the correct subdivision name. Better to do a general, one word search for a subdivision, see what pops up and narrow the search if necessary. A subdivision search for Deer will produce more results than a search for Deerfield, which produces more results than a search for Deerfield Lake. Agents may have also entered the subdivision as Deer Field Lake, or Deerfield Lk. Keep in mind that there will probably be more homes for sale in a subdivision search than are displayed. MAP SEARCH may be the better search if you are familiar with the area that contains the subdivision.
AREA – Looks like the COUNTY/CITY search, but adds words like township, village, city, county, and suburban after the COUNTY/CITY selections. We haven't tried it. It may be a listing entry in some NEOHREX counties.
