Paul Mather, our son, is a Real Estate Agent in Ohio and has been our Buyer’s Agent since 2001. We’d like to publicly thank him (in lieu of payment) for authoring RuthMather.com. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering technology from the University of Cincinnati and was previously a software engineer. Mary Thornton is our Administrative Coordinator. She was previously the Office Administrator for a real estate office in Texas (4 years), has 6˝ years of mortgage foreclosure experience, obtained her Ohio real estate license in January 2007 and currently has it in inactive status. Mary keeps the Team paperwork flowing, copies & assembles CMAs & marketing materials, mails realtor.com viewing statistics & Mather Team marketing reports to our sellers, schedules buyer showing appointments for us, follows our transactions through escrow, and reminds us, in a timely manner, when things for our listings & transactions need to be completed. Our national real estate sales trainer says If you don't have a personal assistant – you are one. That's why we have Mary – She frees us to work with our buyers and sellers. |
